Roughnecks Chapter FMCA

We are group of folks that enjoy doing things together at least four times each year. Our rally hosts pride themselves in finding places with exciting history. They plan activities and meals of great interest. Examples are historic Guthrie OK, Mardi Gras in Lake Charles LA, Dickens on the Strand in Galveston TX,  El Paso TX-past and present and December Lites and Art in Johnson City TX. There is ample free time planned in each rally.

We have also had rallies in Colorado, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Each rally is planned to broaden our knowledge and cultural understanding of the area.  We end most evenings with a rip roaring game and fellowship.

Come join us.

  1. Thanks, Vee, for the invitatiion to join you folks on your rallys, however, Josephine and I are not retired as this time. We intend to work for 3 more years–until we are 70. Josephine is a legal secretary and I am retired, but I continue to work as a substitue teacher in the Plano ISD–I work most every day. So, we have chosen not to fully retire at this time. Thanks, again, for your invitation.

  2. We would be very interesting in knowing about your upcoming events. We live in Pearland, Texas? We have been involved with Newmarowners Kountry Klub for 11years. However, we have recently bought an American Allegiance motor home so cannot attend Newmar rallies any longer.

Thanks..we look forward to receiving more information.

  3. We have been considering local chapter membership and have some interest in your organization. It appears you enjoy the travel and discovery of various locations. Alice and I enjoy traveling and touring various areas as opposed to a more sedentary gathering. We also believe that taking a week in an area certainly makes the trip more worthwhile and than just being at a location for 3 or 4 days. If you could, please forward any additional information you can via e-mail or if needed I can provide our address. We are located in the Austin – San Antonio corridor area. Thank you.
